The below information is an integral part of the Disclosure Document for a Remote Transaction (as defined in the Consumer Protection Act) of transactions made through the JSOC website.
1. In order to ensure full satisfaction of JSOC products, we recommend that you read and follow the product handling instructions attached to each product.
2. If you are interested in returning products and / or canceling a transaction, you may do so in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law – 1981, within 14 days of receiving the product or receiving this document, the latest of the two.
3. If the customer is a person with a disabilities / new immigrant (“Oleh Hadash”)/ elderly citizen (as defined by law), the right of cancellation will be extended to four months from the date stated above (provided that the purchase process included a conversation between the company and the customer, including through electronic communications).
4. The company may require the presentation of official documentation confirming that the customer is an elderly citizen / immigrant (“Oleh Hadash”)/ person with disabilities).
5. Cancellation due to defect / mismatch – Within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, the JSOC will return to the customer the same part of the transaction price they paid, the charges will be canceled and a copy of the cancellation notice will be provided to the customer. The JSOC will not charge any payment from the customer for cancellation due to defect / mismatch.

Cancellation not due to defect / mismatch – Within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, the Company will return to the customer the same part of the transaction price paid, the charges will be canceled and a copy of the cancellation notice will be provided to the customer. The JSOC will not charge any payment from the Customer for cancellation due to a defect / mismatch except for the JSOC’s right to collect cancellation fees set at a rate not exceeding 5% of the price of the goods cancelled, or NIS 100, whichever is lower, should the JSOC decides to charge them.
7. Nothing in these terms shall not derogate the Company’s right to deduct any amount which it is entitled to deduct (from the refunded amount) under any law and / or sue its rights for any damage and / or impairment caused to the product while being held by the client.
8. Nothing in these terms to derogate from the provisions of the law.
9. In the cancellation notification, please indicate your name and your ID number, mobile phone number and a transaction / receipt number which can help us locate the transaction details. The product must be returned in its entirety, without any use, in its original packaging with the product tags attached to it as delivered to the customer. Use of any kind and / or non-compliance with the above may derogate from the right of cancellation, all in accordance with and subject to the law.

All Products shown on the Website are subject to availability. This means that, although we strive to ensure our Website reflects the availability of stock, a Product shown on the Website may no longer be available for purchase.
Minor differences in color and other variations in Products are possible as a result of different image acquisition, display technologies or other technical reasons. JSOC is not liable for these variations and deviations. No rights can be derived from typing errors, product descriptions or manifest errors on the Website. The customer shall always have right of withdrawal as foreseen in these Terms.
2.3 REQUIREMENTS TO CONCLUDE A CONTRACT WITH JSOC
You have to be 18 years of age or older and not otherwise legally incapacitated to enter into contracts to buy Products via the Website.
You can only order on the Website if you are a private consumer, not a reseller.
You guarantee that the information you provide to us in the request or order is accurate and complete.
2.4 HOW IS A CONTRACT CONCLUDED WITH YOU?
2.4.1 General Aspects of Contract Formation
The following applies to all types of products. All information on the Website is an invitation to treat only. In other words, the information is not an offer or binding contract. You agree that your order is an offer to purchase the Products listed in your order.
All orders submitted by you are subject to acceptance by us. We are entitled to verify an order in advance at all times and/or to refuse to accept an order without providing reasons and with no liability to you or any third parties. If we do not confirm acceptance of your order within ten working days, it is deemed to have been refused.
Before creation of a sale agreement, we may choose not to accept your order at our own discretion. Examples of when we may not accept your order are as follows:

- If we are unable to obtain authorization of your payment;
- If shipping restrictions apply to a Product;

In the event that we do not accept (part of) your order we shall be entitled to cancel (part of) your order without incurring any liability towards you or a third party. Following the creation of the sale agreement, we reserve the right to cancel your order after the creation of the contract of sale, thereby terminating the contract of sale, for the reasons stipulated in this document. 2.5 RETENTION OF TITLE
All Products will remain the property of JSOC until you have paid all amounts owed to us in full under any agreement, including the payment of costs, earlier or later deliveries or partial deliveries. You may not sell, dispose of or encumber any Product.
2.6 MAINTENANCE OF PRODUCTS
We draw your attention to the maintenance instructions printed on the the Products. We are not liable for any damage resulting from incorrect handling of Products, including handling contrary to the instructions.

The stated prices include VAT. Prices are quoted in US$ . JSOC reserves the right to make price changes prior to an order placed by you.
We reserve the right to change, limit or terminate any special offers or discounts at any time.
Additional costs such as shipping, handling, delivery, postage, insurance and if applicable, customs fees and other government taxes, will be specified and charged to you separately. The costs vary for each Product and type of delivery. For further details, please see section 2.11. All additional costs will be charged separately, itemized and added to the total amount of the order.
2.9 METHODS OF PAYMENT

JSOC reserves the right to conduct an individual credit check for each order in accordance with the JSOC Privacy Statement. Depending on the results of this check, JSOC reserves the right to refuse certain methods of payment.
Where we elect, or are required by applicable law, to issue or make available an invoice, we reserve the right to issue or make available electronic invoices and you agree to such form of invoicing.
We will deliver to the address indicated by you within Israel or elsewhere in the world. We can only deliver to a home or office address or a carrier pickup location or if you have chosen to collect the Products from JSOC, to the address of the JSOC office. We will confirm this to you by an email when informing you that the Products are ready for you to pick up. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, you agree that the carrier we have engaged for the delivery may also deliver the Products to pick-up point, after which JSOC is deemed to have met its obligation to deliver the Products. The carrier will notify you of the delivery to pick-up point.
Shipment of orders will take place on business days, not being a public holiday in the area in which our warehouse is located. Therefore, please, take into account any public holidays including any national and/or regional holidays in your country of residence. Deliveries will be made on business days, not being a public holiday.
Delivery periods are indicative and are therefore not regarded as strict deadlines. The mere fact that a delivery period is exceeded does not entitle you to compensation and you hereby waive your rights to claim.
In the unlikely event that after entering into the contract of sale, we cannot, could not or can no longer deliver (part of) your order and are not responsible for this situation, we will be entitled to terminate the contract of sale to the extent permitted by the our Terms and the Law. We will, of course, inform you as soon as reasonably practicable and at latest within the period foreseen under the Terms and Conditions and reimburse any payments made.

2.13 Exchange policy
We do not exchange Products. If you wish to exchange a Product, you will need to return your purchase for a refund and place a new order. It is only possible to get a refund on returns when the return is in line with our Returns and Refunds Policy as stipulated in section 2.11.
2.14 Damaged or defective Products
For JSOC, quality is paramount. We thoroughly test all our Products in real-life conditions to ensure they are fully capable of standing up to the uses for which they were designed. It is extremely rare for our Products to be damaged or defective. JSOC has a legal obligation to make sure that our Products conform to the contract of sale.
Returned Products are inspected by the JSOC Quality Assurance Department and refunded if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications. We undertake to fully refund the cost of any manufactured defective Products less shipment costs.
If the problem was caused by reasons other than materials quality or assembly process, the original Product is returned to you. We do not refund Products:
obtained from a source other than the Website;
that have been damaged by abuse or negligence (e.g. exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.); and/or
that have been damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose.
Please note the life expectancy of any Product depends on the individual using the Product, the conditions of use. Our Products damaged by normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable lifespan of the Product are not replaced.
